Family, Friends and Babies 82-83/365

The past two days have been busy and full of wonderful food, great people and adorable babies.

On Friday we spent the day the day at William's brother's house. Tim was at work, but we got to hold his baby.
Aren't they so cute together! I think William needs another one.
After a wonderful afternoon with Baby Colton we spent the evening at Grandma and Grandpa's house and Grandpa John got out the old rocking horse for Bonnie Rose.

Grandma Miriam has been feeding us wonderful food as usual. Thursday's prime rib was preceded by Hors d'Ĺ“uvre
We had to take a walk to make room for dinner.
Bonnie Rose and I enjoyed finding every puddle on the our walk.
I love my little puddle jumper.

Long walks and wonderful food make for very tired babies.
On Saturday Miriam made me Gluten Free eggs st. charles (which is eggs benedict with fish instead of ham.) She even had Gluten Free English muffins for me!!
I have seriously gained 5 pounds since being here and it's only been 3 days.
We spent the rest of the day with friends that William grew up with, Nick and Katie. They have a baby girl about Bonnie Rose's age. It was such a wonderful time talking and laughing that I only got one picture of the girls playing together.
It's been so much fun reconnecting with old friends and kindred spirits. It's always a good feeling to know that no matter how far we go or how long we're gone, we'll always have people in the Tahoe/Truckee/Reno/Sparks area that love us.
But as fun as this is we are exhausted!
These California people really know how to party.
