Our Little Growing Rosie

Just three days before Christmas Rosie said her complete sentence. She pointed at an ornament on the tree and said "Nana gave me that."  It was such a surprising and special moment. She'd been communicating with us with one and two words and hand signals (shes always been a great communicator)  but that was her first complete sentence.

That was just three months ago. Now Rosie wakes up from her nap and looks at me with very serious beautiful eyes and says "I want to play my colors with my Mommy" and we cuddle and have long conversations about our time at the park or the goats or just what we've done that day.

She has grown up so much, so fast.

Coloring is one of her favorite things to do.
Here she is looking very grown up in the little desk we got her for Christmas.

She also likes to read and repeat all the letters in the books we read her. She likes to play with her farm and animals. But her most favorite thing to do is still go out side and run around with the goats.
