Apple Butter Day!

Today is Apple Butter making day! 

We bought a bushel of apples from a local farm stand a couple of days ago. Today we got out the apple peeler-corer-slicer (the best invention ever) and Rosie did most of the apples herself.

Then we put them in our crock pots with some spices and they are cooking away. Now we are just waiting for the house to start smelling amazing. 

We also have the bread maker going.... I hope we don't blow a fuse in there.
